GROUNDED honors the interlinked nature of the sustainable practices embedded in Black and Brown musical traditions and the dance movements which root us to the ground.

Experience rhythms from the diasporas—Afro House, Afrobeats, Indo House, Soca, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, and R&B—and together we'll let the drumbeats that have sustained communities of color, for generations, allow you to reconnect with your body and serve as a reminder that joy and sustainability are intertwined.
